Question 2

What is usually included in a NorthStar Digital Skills course?

Accepted Answer

Question 3

How does NorthStar Digital Skills price a computer course or skills session?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is usually based on the type of computer course, the length of the session, and whether the training is one-on-one or in a small group. We also consider the level of computer skills involved, since more advanced topics can require more preparation and support.

Question 4

Can I get a quote before booking, and what can change the fee?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can provide a quote after learning what computer skills you want to cover and how the course will be delivered. Fees may change if the session needs custom course material, multiple participants, or extra time for hands-on practice.

Question 5

Accepted Answer

You can reach out by the contact form or the business email listed on the website. Messages are typically answered during business hours, and if you include your preferred Computer Course topic, location in Canada, and any basic Computer Skills goals, it helps the team reply more clearly.
